I have also added it to a blend of other essential oils in a roller ball container and rubbed it under my nose during different seasons of the year.

UPDATE: One of my favorite uses of Lavender is to diffuse it. Essentially, what this means is I will put in 1-7 drops of Lavender EO and then fill the rest of the holder with water. The diffuser is then able to turn the water / oil mixture into a mist. Do this while in your bedroom to help with falling to sleep at night

If you haven’t experienced one of the top dogs in essential oils, I hightly recommend that you do but with a caveat. That caveat is that you only use pure oils. The oils you get at a brick and mortar store are generally knockoffs and do not have nearly as much of the properties that a CPTG essential oil has. Plus, if there’s a history of pure EO in your life, you’ll be able to smell the difference, which I believe they put some sort of alcohol in the oils to dilute them.
