I’ve talked to several people and have heard many people say different things about using essential oils during pregnancy. I tend to be of the same opinion as Dr. Hill in regards to using essential oils during pregnancy. But that said, I always test things out and develop what I know to be true.
The mere fact that women are more in tune with what’s going on with their bodies before, during and afterward tells me that using them would be ok and even suggested.
Think about the amazing results everyone gets with oils when dealing with symptoms. Not to diminish a pregnancy, but essentially, a pregnancy is a symptom that ends with a newborn child being added to your family.

With pregnancies being directed towards the C-section birth, it’s important to have a healthy pregnancy – and that would be a bonus to know which oils affect you during your pregnancy, such as Lavender to calm the baby (kicking). Geranium, Ylang Ylang, Grapefruit, and Roman Chamomile just to name a few.
There are other products to use during a pregnancy that will help immensely to aid in healthy cellular growth for both the mother and baby. Alpha CRS+, xEO Mega, Microplex VMz are all able to support cellular health and body function.
Breasts
During the first pregnancy, the breasts will enlarge, change color, and also will leak colostrum, which is the first milk the body makes in preparation for the developing baby. Oils to use are lavender (soothing), geranium (soothing), Roman chamomile (sore nipples), fennel (tones).
