We know that customers are a big part of your bottom line and help you stay in profit. That being said you must have a few essential oils that are your staples and always have them on hand. Now the reason for only 3 is that if the list gets any longer it tends to be more difficult to remember especially for those that just are getting started using oil.
My philosophy has always been to start learning bit by bit or oil by oil, that way your knowledge will be reinforced and will help you in using combinations of essential oils.

Ahhh, yes, the benefits of Oregano are huge in my book. You’ll see why Oregano made it to my list of 3 essential oils to keep with you at all times. But let’s talk about just the top of the list that has impacted my life as well as many that I have talked to about Oregano.
Oregano Essential Oil has been proven to reduce or reverse symptoms that may make you feel uncomfortable.
I’ve also noticed that in using the Oregano EO, it aids in bolstering the immune system.
The member of the mint family (Labiate), Oil of Oregano is not what you would find in your pizza sauce. However, it’s probably not a bad idea to use in some of your cooking. Also, this is one of the HOT oils that should be carefully considered when applying. Definitely, use a carrier oil such as fractionated Coconut oil (FCO).
I’ve chosen Oregano Essential Oil, due to the strength of this oil and how it benefits the whole body to be the 1 of the 3 must-have essential oils to have with you at all times.
3. Benefits of Lemon Essential Oil
Lemon Essential oil and the benefits have, like the two above, a list too long to list in this blog post. So why did I choose this oil rather than another citrus oil as one of the 3 essential oils to keep with you at all times?
Simple.
Lemon oil is the most prevalent oil used in today’s modern world and has sort of a default reaction when it comes to cleaning, and even using it in everyday life. I love to use it in my water for instance. Something you may or may not know is that the lemon essential oil has more nutrients in a single drop than over 100 lemons. That’s if you are eating the lemon fruit.
The reason is Lemon EO comes from the rhine of the lemon rather than the fruit. Sure there are benefits to putting the juice in your water when you’re at a restaurant or at a friends house, but if you can put in the lemon EO – just a drop – you will have much more benefit coming from it.
